The mission of Harmony Home Development, LLC is to purchase older homes, row houses, apartment buildings, etc... that are in need of some TLC and to bring them not only back to their former glory, but to update them with today's desired amenities.

We pay attention to every thing starting with the curb appeal. If it needs new paint, roof, sidewalks, landscaping, etc... we take care of it. Then we make sure the internals are up-to-date. New kitchen and bath. New paint and carpeting. New hot water, furnace, central air, appliances. When we are done with a place and put it back on the market it will compete very favorably with anything in the neighborhood including new construction. We pride our selves in bringing these properties back to life and in the process bringing older communities back to life.
